I'll be releasing everything in these few days. In shorts / full video.
Creo que también el conocimiento en términos de deporte y entretenimiento ha avanzado. No creo que haya ejercicios que "no sirvan para nada", cada uno entrena algo muy específico. Por ejemplo el de Larrat que lo único que busca es maximizar el pico de fuerza en la pronación estática . Y teniendo en cuenta que la mayoría de los pulsos duran no más de 1 segundo pues sí que vale y además que cuanto más fuerza tengas menos tendrás que ejercer en resistencia. Y Creo yo que lo más valioso que podemos tomar de armwrestlers que llevan tanto tiempo en el deporte es la técnica. En eso sí que podemos aprender muchísimo. Hoy en día con internet cualquiera puede encontrar una gran rutina de pulsos pero no cualquiera puede saber tanto en la mesa. .
Y que haya más análisis tecnicos de combates creo que eso es súper interesante
