Proof of identity process

With respect, complying with tax obligations shouldn't be something that pushes anyone towards needing help from Lifeline or Beyond Blue.
Would be nice if the chairman was at least a CA. Ditto Stephen Jones.

It would be so good when the ATO registered tax agent help line can actual help when the tax agent portal doesn't work and says fix errors with a blank error to fix.
How about putting the guidelines out now! EOFY time and new regulations with a tight deadline is putting significant stress on the community that you are suppose to be supporting! All talk no actionable items that we can work with.
We hope that the tax practioners' board will also be able to help registered tax agents solve any issues with tax office concerning unanswered emails about an issue

If you watch these at 1.75 speed and still claim 1 hour, 3 minutes and 26 seconds of CPE does that mean you are evil? Asking for a friend.

To prove you have watched one of our webinar recordings, we recommend you include sufficient details in your CPE log, such as the date you completed watching the webinar, the name of the webinar, who presented this, the duration of the webinar and the topics covered in the webinar.

Hi @ENHTAXBusiness, to claim continuing professional education (CPE), you should make a record of your activities, including sufficient details about the CPE activities and the hours completed. It’s important to provide detail in your logbook that identifies the relevance between the activity and the tax agent or BAS services that you provide, so make sure you include a brief description.
