This video has lots of good improvements for the suburbs, but in general, suburbs aren't what we should be building anyway. They create car dependence and usually don't raise enough tax revenue to pay for the maintenance of the car infrastructure that supports them. What's really needed to address the housing crisis is mixed-use developments with affordable units and access to efficient public transit.
