@@martinoconnor4314 As far as we know any factory usually has R&D department before releasing the product to the market🤔, is anyone had the same experience with martinoconner4314 or maybe had another tip and or suggestions regarding this AK8008 Still Water? Please share and we thank you for your share in advance🙏

@@tshobbyshop I do have the same experience with AK still water and puddles.. they don't self level and they usually sink in the middle if you do more than a thin <1mm layer..the final product looks great, but you need to have it poured into super thin <1mm layer.. basically to get that 3mm depth they claim, it needs 6-7 pours...it is the only AK diorama product that disappoints me

@@tshobbyshop I'll be using a small strip of styrene to make her a belt and from there, modify her "pants" so it'll be split like there's a zipper there. Yeah, it's a pita to do all this, but at least I'll have an original figure, along with learning how to do this. Checked YT and basically, there are none. Took some 35mm photos of what I'd done, but they kind of sucked, so bought a Nikon P900 digital camera and now I can not only photograph a quarter in focus, but see how the shot turned out right off the bat. Hope to do a lot of shots of not only figures being modified, but how I built the dioramas and their completion. They'll be posted on several modeling websites, Reddit and have a thread going on Survivalist Boards under the title of For those who build models showing a bunch of stuff I've bought and been working on.

@Old, bald fat man, wow..that's not an easy job to make it. We're very appreciative for your sharing your experience to assemble them.
