My dad worked at Cone Drive (Traverse City, Michigan). He would tell me about how they would cover the "generators" (the machines cutting the worm and main gears in this video) when visitors would tour the factory. If they were from other countries, they were not even allowed into the same room with the generators. Now to find TH-cam suggest a video having images and a detailed audio talking of precise temperatures, materials, and techniques used.... How things have changed.

в 1993г мне пришлось работать над такими глобоидальными радукторами.Я как инженер-конструктор должен был создать оснастку и технологию изготовления такие зубчатые пары трехзаходных редукторов.Я изпользовал немецкий зубофрезерный станок.Точно такая оснастка разработал для червяка ,а для колеся-двухзубых летучек.А рабочие мне сказали прямо ,,справляйся сам-,,Таким образом я отработал все про таких червячных пар.Как источник информацию использовал советская литература,но когда сам сделаеш все,это удовлетворение большое.Потом появился другой заказ.Таким образом я потом стал зуборежчиком.Если кто то хочет делать такие детали,должен продумать кажды шаг очень акуратно,что бы все было хорошо.Финишная обработка должна осуществить при скорости резания около 1метр/минуту,последовательно левой и правой витки червяка- Привет.Болгария Город Русе
