Frodo gave up his literal soul to protect the ring and destroy it Even in the end when he failed to let go, its the fact he was able to hold in for so long just shows his character. Not mention he was always humble and even talk sam up when sam doubted himself. Frodo is a hero we dont see much know a days, he didnt need to say a snappy one liner or have a bloody fight, he was a kind and understanding hero, who sacrificed himself for the greater good. He and sam are equals and i feel like people forget frodo was weakened by the ring and so sam filled in the physical role.

I love Frodo so so so much, and to see him suffer so much is heartbreaking! He didn’t deserve all that at all. And he certainly doesn’t deserve any of the hate he gets either. I’d like to see the haters take on an extreme burden and see how they do. Frodo was very courageous considering how much of a burden the Ring was. Not to mention he was a hobbit too, and a very young one at that. I’m just happy that in the end he finally got peace and happiness. Though him having to leave his home is really sad, at least he didn’t suffer forever. 🩷
