Prices too high! Can go new, for a few more dollars!

My mom had those copper molds when I was growing up. Thanks for taking us somewhere new. I have never seen a Savers.

I agree that the prices seemed a little high, but I would have gladly paid the $11 for the glass candy dish with the gold trim. I had one that once belonged to my Granny and it got broken. That piece would have been a wonderful reminder even though it wasn't hers. I also loved some of the Milk glass pieces and Garfield mug you found. The Mickey shirt was an awesome find as well.

We have Value Village in Ontario, Canada and their prices, including clothes, have skyrocketed! We have better luck thrifting at the smaller stores like The Mission Thrift or church-run stores. Thanks for the video Daniel. ❤

Goodwill in Arizona has a monthly coupon for 20% off. It can be used over and over during the month. Also Tuesday is Senior Day with 25% off.

Their prices are crazy! These thrift stores are forgetting they are supposed to be “Thrift Stores.”

Daniel, your hutch decor is always on point! Did you change your mind about the cherub? I think your pink ornaments would look cute in the Anchor Hocking canister, too. Maybe with red ribbons around the ornament caps? I appreciate your "go with the flow" mentality. I agree, it's never too late or early to decorate your space. If it brings you joy, do it!

Hey, hey! This is what is truly inspiring about making a house a home. I really loved hearing about your design concepts and the story your personal items reflect for you. Also, I cannot stand it when content creators decorate for holidays and seasons so far in advance. I actually find it totally uninspiring, boring, and just feels so off. I have to wonder if people are really so uninspired with their homes and decor that they are already decorating for Spring? It's February. Like just enjoy winter. Plus, not all decor has to be theme and Holiday related. It's all about finding your personal style and telling a story with the items that have meaning for you and that bring you joy. Thanks for sharing your lovely hutch with us.
