I lived in this neighborhood. 1925 spruce. I had the library of a mansion built around the civil war. It wasn't renovated and I had to use a match to light the old stove. Good times 😅😊

Wow, very nice. I lived in one of these in south philly over a decade ago, it was very dated. This renovated unit is so much better. The third floor big bedroom on this is extended, mines went out to the roof. Biggest issues with these is the lack of parking.

Great reno. Looks like most of the rooms were originally studio apartments. The upper 3rd level room with the 2 entrances & small set of stairs leading to it is a classic NE US studio layout - bathroom at the entrance & the huge closet once being the kitchenette.

The last time I was in west Philly for a rental property was in 2005 I remember mostly college students renting out all of west Philly. It’s now 2024 now I’m in need of a rental property Northeast Philly around the Olney,Oxford circle,Mayfair areas with lease extend,pet friendly
