Wrong. Pedestrians do NOT have the right-of-way. Rather, a driver must exercise caution to avoid collision and injury. Just because the pedestrian violated the vehicular right-of-way does not give license to run over the pedestrian. The driver may veer out of path or stop for the pedestrian. However, the pedestrian can still be ticketed.

I crossed a 3 lane road on a bicycle after getting a green light. A bmw driver was making a right turn and barely slowed down but when saw me, got visibly upset. He pulled in a bank's parking lot and I stopped him there. Told him I had a right of way with the green light. He said I didn't have sh.t. That's when I called him a f.ckin' c.nt. I did right.

No, they don't. "Right-of-way" means who has the _right_ to go first. Pedestrians who cross against the rules have no right to do so. Of course, that doesn't mean motorists get to mow them down. The overriding rule is that motorists must protect the safety of all pedestrians.

Every day I'm in a traffic jam caused by people wanting to pass a line of people waiting their turn in line . I'm not even in the backed up lane it's caused %100 by people who simply refuse to wait in line wanting to cut in at the end. And like this driver, they wait until the solid white line makes it illegal to change lanes then try to cut in line.

zipper merge folks. Don't let your emotions control your behavior especially out on the roads. Demanding everyone merge half a mile ahead or be banned from merging is childish. Zipper merge, look it up. I know girls mature faster than boys, but don't sweat the small stuff so much. Worrying about people getting ahead of you on the road is like worrying about people getting ahead of you in life. It's not a good look.

If it can be proven that a vehicle is moved in order to block merging traffic, THAT driver gets the ticket.

I know it seems like a dick move but that lady is actually correct. Look at all the wasted space on the right. This is what makes traffic jams worse. If you see an empty lane you should take it and cut in at the front. If everybody did this the line would only be half as long and traffic wouldn't back up as far.

Looks to me like: nothing fundamentally wrong here, so you’re being a Karen! Most likely it was: two lanes are exiting; as it should be the left lane was going a little faster on the highway just exited; for whatever, and possibly completely reasonable/innocent reason, this person was in the left of two exiting lanes; perhaps they were unfamiliar with the fact that the two lanes completely diverge into a left and right turn lane at the end of this exit, and so they were incorrectly in the left lane for their intended right turn; perhaps there was some snafu, like lack of advance notice from their GPS, or a sudden realization that they need to turn right instead of left. Whatever the case, clearly they made a reasonable move in the end by not forcing themselves in front of every possible person on the right; instead, they eased off and got to the right BEHIND the most affected person on the right, and did so very calmly and smoothly. I’d say this vid is a MAJOR FAIL OF ATTITUDE AND HAVING REASONABLE ON-THE-ROAD GRACE AND TEAM SPIRIT, A*S*S*uming things that you have NO IDEA what’s really going on in someone’s mentality or motives. And so: YOU are a BIG part of the problem on our roads nationwide these days!!!

Seriously dude, you wouldn’t let the other driver merge, which is the law and you’re hacked off? You’re exactly what is wrong with our society. You feel entitled and better than everyone else. I have a piece of advice for you, HUMANKIND: be both. Letting another driver merge makes your trip 1.5 seconds longer but you make it personal. What a waste of energy.
