I viewed your channel and you just getting back in the trucking. Why don't you stay out because you don't need to be training anyone at all?As a matter of fact, the roads will be safer if you're not on them.Driving a commercial vehicle.
You are a bad trainer. First of all, you're more in it for the money. Because you told your company we're gonna run as teams. When you know good and well that you're supposed to be in that jump seat at all times and you just run your clock as if you are a single driver. This is why we have bad people now. Out here and if I see you i'm gonna let you know to your face that you are an awful Trainer.
Folded a 48 ft net tarp, my lower back grew muscles over night
@@213funnyp shheeeeshh. I can only imagine 😅🤣
How does it feel to blast someone because you sucked as a trainer

Where does *ALMIGHTY GOD* Seriously factor into your lifes equation ?.
Good luck with dollar tree, sounds awesome that you’ll be working again! We will be morally supporting you, I myself am having some issues irl, so it’s understandable how you feel. 😂😂😁😁🤣🤣
I've been driving for damn near 2 years and I'm still bad at backing but I'm a flat bedder we don't have to bump docks , so I'm out of practice
I'm only 7 mins in... and the trainee isn't the problem broski, you are 😂 First off, you shouldn't be using your trainee to team drive, and second. SHE WAS CORRECT. Like 99% of trucking companies will NOT let you do U-turns. Especially in this day n age. She followed your dummy directions into that neighborhood. Jesus man.
I didnt know "Prime Inc" and "trainee" could be used together in a sentence. I thought recruiters just drove around town and everyone they see that is wearing flip flops they just handed them a CDL license out their window
The proper way to train a student it’s a set up in the front seat with them for two weeks you can run the truck super solo. That means when the students finish driving and you can hop over there and drive for about 3 to 4 more hours and then shut the truck down, only if the student is doing everything right and show full responsibility in maturity and good decision making then you can run it teams when you’re out on the open highway like I-80 or I-10 and 4 weeks is not enough time to properly train someone!
All these so-called trainers all have six months to 12 months experience. There are nothing more than rookies training rookies how to screw up.
Rookies training rookies! First, off you don’t start off, running teams
My trainer scared the hell out of me. Several times when he exploded in rage, I was in fear for my life. I was a rookie fresh out of CDL school. He was mentally ill and he had impossible demands and expectations, when no rookie could have known better. He hated me and again and again, he put me in dangerous and high pressure situations my very first time, for to try and make me quit, but just to spite him, I stuck it out to the very end. But I never set foot in another truck again
Why do all you super Truckers all make Videos with the fricken engine running, do we really need to hear the Rumble of that dang Cummins 😮
@@vanbraxton8422 well. For starters it was cold out and I had my heater going. Second it’s my money my fuel my truck. Third it’s a CAT😎

As a long time owner operator I can say you definitely bought the wrong truck for your first truck bud I only say this from experience because I bought a 2007 379 Pete just like it with the same engine and let me tell you was that the biggest mistake I’ve ever made in my career as a owner operator that truck was nothing but trouble from day one but after I sold it and lost my ass on it I bought a truck that made a little more sense and it’s been nothing but positivity and profit.
I can’t imagine going 55 with a straight face
Congratulations!!!! Next year is my last trucking 🎉
Dude…Giraffe’s Pussy? ROFL… I had less than a year behind the wheel when I encountered the trainer from hell. This guy was notorious across the entire region, as he did the training for half a dozen different companies. If you drew him, you could pretty much guarantee you would fail the first run, and he would make sure he talk to you for every point, and there wasn’t no discussion about it. On my run, we had nearly 12 stops on an LTL trailer, which I managed to about 80 different opportunities for him to give me a hit. he promised me I would get a three-point hit for every time I did a pull up while trying to back up to a receiving dock, and I would get a one point for both sides of the trailer not touching. After delivering 11 of the 12 stops, he used a payphone to get a ride back to the terminal, and dispatched me immediately from Wyoming to Missouri. This guy had no sense of humor, and I was looking at spending another two days with him, and was absolutelydreading it. After that I would be sent out on the road for a two week run with an advanced trainer. The company turned out to be a piece of shit, minimum 72 hour weights on loads, sometimes more deadhead than loaded. Mine was one of the first rigs to get a QUALCOMM, and someone fucked up and rigged mine to a dead terminal, which was the straw that broke the camels back. After I threaten to deadhead that freaking load all the way back to Idaho from Phoenix, I think my future there was done. I parked the rig that night and never looked back. Drove for another 22 years before a heart attack took my CDL.This is back in the days before cell phones, and the only directions you had, were the ones they gave you on the bill of lading… Which would occasionally actually get you there… Mostly not. I would’ve definitely enjoyed having you for a trainer, and I think you probably would’ve enjoyed me as a trainee. I hope you have better luck down the road. Shit like this just discourages anyone from even wanting to be a trainer, and there’s two few of them out there that will let a few things slide, instead of calling and bitching up the safety officer every time someone fucks up. Safe roads, Friend.
Finally a competent prime driver!
Trucking is/was no longer Fun for me/ im no 24/7 365day Slave living to Serv Em [$100,000yr job] I quit it No More CDL. I used too drive for the Freedom, but its turned into a Slave Market. DrugTesting DOT med card DOT regs CAMERAs watch u GPS tracking, cell phone calls as we drive from dispatchers, Forced to use company Doctors etc etc and etc. = No Respect for our Lifes and having a dangerous Job.
The company I was with, had cameras. Never had been harassed cuz I never set it off, until my last 2 weeks there. I’m gonna talk about it but the jist of it was they “can’t afford anymore csa points” so they watch everyone like a hawk. I was riding half in the shoulder to avoid tearing my truck apart on the rough road. Safety man said “don’t let me catch g you riding that shoulder again” first off. It’s my truck. I lay the repairs. Not you. Second. According to safety score. I AM TGE NUMBER ONE DRIVER IN THE COMPANY. Don’t micro manage me
Man im so done with trucking for so many reasons. In two months I will be homeless because I cant do this anymore. this job sucks and im tired of people disrespecting me for being a truck driver amongst many other things.
@@Jassaaaa I don’t blame you one bit bro
I couldn't even imagine driving for a living. Holy hell. Not to mention all the BS you have to deal with just picking up and dropping off trailers and LTL shipments to customers. I used to work in a warehouse 20 years ago. It's on the list of "Worst Jobs I've Had"
@@milfordcivic6755 it wasn’t bad. I loved it. It just got to a point where Voodoo was costing me just too much money
You are correct , there is sometimes a lot of stress involved .
I think you made a GREAT choice, and I hope you never have to come back! Trucking today is absolutely miserable no matter where you go, who you work for, you’re fighting with almost everyone out there, and almost can’t have a safe drive on the road anymore cause people constantly want and try to get you in an accident for that insurance money. Anyone thinking about becoming a truck driver today better really dig deep and think hard, you will be sacrificing a lot more than you want, and money is not even worth it in my eyes no matter how much they pay you, everything is your fault and no one’s got your back. I wish you luck, pest control is on my mind, if you have any advice on getting started please let me know, other that have fun at your new job, maybe you can start your own company in the future, Ik the money is there.
