Thanks for your comment. It's not a norm that UAT will always be conducted before SIT. However, usually, UAT will revolve more around testing the scenarios or test cases in the SaaS application. On the other hand, SIT is more about testing the integrations - which is a custom component usually. Usually, when it comes to Cloud-based ERP software, SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 are considered as Tier 1 ERPs - or global leaders. A few other names are - Netsuite, Infor. For a consulting career, any of these - especially the first 3 mentioned names can be a good choice. - Team YECC

So the pay package, flexibility etc. may be a little tricky. It will depend upon your qualification + kind of experience you have & a few other things. Broadly they can be of two types (not specific to any ERP product) - Internal (fulfilled through stock), or Purchase Requisitions (converted into Purchase Orders - which are then fulfilled externally). Based on types of entry etc. as well, they can be classified separately. Hope that helps.

However, if you have a reasonable exposure to implementation & support assignments in these 3 years, and are good enough at your job, then expected CTC can be anywhere between INR 12-16 LPA. Hi Nityashali, At individual level, it does not make much difference. Both will offer great career prospects. Both are Tier 1 ERPs (though Oracle is ahead of MS Dynamics when it comes to Cloud ERP market share, deal sizes, no. of clients etc.) and both ERPs are from great companies who provide & back the great support & consulting ecosystem. So, as an individual consultant, you can choose whatever you are getting opportunity for. - Team YECC

Bcz every tech influencer is talking about data structures and algorithms , but I think coding is not easy for everyone like me. So I am looking for an alternate career option. I am in service based company and just joined a functional consultant project
