A lot of these fight seems remind me of 3rd Rock from the Sun when Harry and Tommy had come home from the movies. And Harry says I know all those guys had submachine guns but the hero had a pool cue!

a more appropriate title would have been "Some Badass Movie scenes from super hero movies and supernatural based tv series" and before anyone says anything supernatural refers to the characters and content of vampire diaries tv series not 'Supernatural' the series. Having said that some good picks!

These are not 'bad ass' scenes they are Hollywood fantasy comic book stuff; how can you portray real menace and fear when you know you are just watching fantasy characters. Give me something like the Godfather, Pulp Fiction, The Sopranos or stuff of that ilk or, if you can bear to watch something British, try Michael Caine in 'Get Carter', now that's a proper badass.
