hahaha...a lotta truth in your video but here's how you work around some of those things:...First Understand that YELP is your Golden Goose in Austin...Trust what people are saying, it will save you a ton of money..Also, arm yourself with a Chronicle Newspaper and Apartment/House Guide, the Chronicles are weekly.. they are both FREE...the guides are monthly I think....You can find these at any grocery store or bookstore... the Chronicle tells you what's happening around town every week so you can have stuff to do....the guides show you the current apartments and houses on the market.... 1.) Buy your fruits and veggies at the Farmer's Markets all over town mostly open early on Saturdays/Sundays 8-9am til 1pm....., great place to meet people too, and also Central Market, Sprouts, and Wheatsville Co-Op. toggle your grocery shopping, it's whole lot cheaper and fresher when you do,..... 2.) Don't get a long term car note, meaning, buy a used car that you can pay off in a short time, and find a good mechanic, they are everywhere here (use YELP).... . 3.) If you wanna live Downtown, forget the car and just buy a nice Bike. Bike shops are everywhere here too and they will fit you a nice ride to get around on. A good quality Bike is a great investment to have in Austin. Also, Everything Downtown is walkable from Whole Foods to Entertainment plus you can use the rent-a-bikes, uber, lift or the train to get around. Only drawback to living Downtown is you have to have BANK because it's not cheap..you gotta pay to stay close to the action. ..lol.. .....4.) Don't eat out so much, that will kill your budget. Austin is tempting and you will want to go to all the nice restaurants, bars and clubs a LOT, but you gotta pace yourself or you WILL go broke...lol ....I used to go out every week averaging $150 on food and drinks just on ME. Not Good......5)Don't even think about renting/buying an apartment or house within 5-10 square miles of Downtown, wait until you win the lottery to try that...lol....You'd do better living out close to/ or inside the Domain aka MidTown... I CoSign this part of town for Newbies. It's newer and has a lotta cool stores, restaurants, Whole Foods, clubs, parks, etc.....Some people that move into the Domain never even go Downtown to Eat, shop or Party....it's all right there... and you don't need a Car either, unless you just want one......6) If you want to live closer to Our Tribe, Round Rock and Pflugerville are the most Chocolate City friendly areas, and of course the Eastside Austin, but everywhere else is a Melting pot unless you move to South Austin where all the Cool Mexicans live. TRUST ME, you need to make some Mexican friends, very beneficial, especially the Mechanics and places to eat. They will give you all kinds of deals.... 7.) Don't get Cable, instead just have a Netflix/Hulu/Disney+ subscription and your Internet package, it's a whole lot cheaper, you'll save about $80 bucks a month over having Cable......8.)Don't get on the roads until Off-Peak hours, Night or Day traffic and you'll move around a lot faster thru the City. Off-peak times would be, don't go to the grocery right after work, wait until later when they are about to close or go soon as they open to avoid crowds.....or going to the track? go early like 9am and not Noon.....Anything you do do you need to plan ahead a couple hours...9.) Find a good hobby that keeps you in the house so you don't be eager to run the streets spending money...lol.....10.) Shop at Re-Sale stores, Vintage and Goodwill, You'd be surprised at the deals you'll find. I bought some nice Gucci penny loafers at the Re-Sale store in Lakeway for just $40 bucks regular price new $1500..lol...These Rich folks in Austin have Garage sales every weekend too, I bought a Huge Leather Sofa from an Estate Sale in Bee Cave for $400 regular price $2,000....I promise you , if you print out and follow this Top 10 List, you will love Austin.....***And don't look for your starter home just in Round Rock or Pflugerville....shop around, it's a lotta NICE houses in various pockets tucked away around town (use the Guide)...you can always go hang out in RR and P-Ville if you want anytime....just don't limit your home search.....I found my house in NW ATX off 620 out by Lake Travis...perfect for me. anyway, Welcome to Austin, and enjoy your stay. tip: instead of buying mouthwash just put a cup of water in the microwave for 30 seconds and put a teaspoon of salt. swishing this around ur mouth for 30 seconds and it will help prevent any canker sores or gingivitis. i don’t even floss and i just used this saltwater solution and boom the inflammation i used to have in my gums was gone and my canker sore healed very quixkly

I dont agree Oakcha is the sprayable version of Oilperfumery. Oakcha is a different sent and I would say Oilperfumery is better. I tried both versions. If you do prefer spray you can turn the oil into spray.
