Btw, Anko do have a pastel pack in the thicker markers which includes a white. But one thing I noticed is that the bright colours are alcohol based and the pastels are water based. I use them on stones, along with Poscas and others. I use the pastels as a base coat (mainly because they are cheaper and I don't waste my good Poscas). The first coat soaks into the stone and then I cover with a brighter colour. The thickness of the tips make them not suitable for finer work. I must check out the kids Ankos too. I didn't know about them.

This is so lovely! I watched Rose Requin's video of her contributions to this collab, and now I want to watch them all! It's such a cool idea, and can't wait to see what everyone does! ETA: I'm autistic, and sticky stuff is a HUGE issue for me. It can send me right into sensory overload and a meltdown, so I totally understand Lil needing a moment away from the honey. Your story about Lil and Bonnie made me cry--it's just such a kind, compassionate story. I know meltdowns can be upsetting and annoying to people on the outside, but they're even worse on the inside. Thank you for making such a lovely picture with such a touching story ❤

I hope you get can get a new computer soon--maybe if you have a techie friend, you can tell him/her your budget and have him/her look through Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals for you. It's so funny that you and Rose had the same general idea of "coloring" with foam clay--I actually thought of you when watching her video. Anyway, if you don't want to hang onto it, I'm sure you could donate it to your local hospital to go in a children's section =) Unrelated: A few weeks ago when I started planning my homemade Christmas presents (personalized desk organizers out of air-dry clay--shh, don't tell), I looked up your air-dry clay testing video and bought a package of the best one. Then when it arrived and I saw how small it was, I bought the second-best one instead 😅. Anyway, thanks for doing that research and for the inspiration to work with air-dry clay in general 😁

For your digital art you can use clipping mask for your shadows and highlights. Then you don't have to worry about spill outs. I draw in the same way. I really like it and there is never one rule on how to make art. I really like ypur ideas.

Everything Paula has designed is so perfect for you and your style. Both you and Rose are taking me back to Primary school. I can't remember the project, but it was something I guess for Italian class. I used plasticine to create the Italy map, doing exactly what you both did. 9 year old me was very proud of that piece, so proud that 46 year old me remembers it 🤣 I love the hoodies. I want a zip up one 😀

Oh, a soft puffy clay actually is a well coloring material! That's creative. I wonder, how long will last alcohol ink on a keychain, hence it's not very lightfast. Yeah, the designs are so cute and simple, there's not a lot what can go wrong. Without time pressure it should be a relaxing activity.

I'm a huge fan of fimo polymer clay so i'm very happy to find out they have air dry. I use Das currently but I agree it dries out way too fast and cracks. Its hard to keep the consistency smooth on projects :(

Was the wood base sanded before adding the DAS clay? I see wetting and scoring the wood. 17:31 I’m curious as I’m wanting to attach clay to wood but am worried about it just falling off
