Turning off cross play helps. Also this mission isn't as populated as others more efficient for full XP runs so you can leave squad and try to start again til it's just you.
200xp from a lvl up and really just want that next damn perk before you do a full run to make it all easier? Perfect plan.

Yeah, of course playing through the whole mission is best, but sweating through any game for half an hour just to get killed at the end and get nothing…….SUCKS, and is not anything resembling fun. You should definitely make progress after investing that much time.
better to use black blade imo because when he tries swiping u u dodge while using ur ashe of war

Big bosses usually are best defeated when you go towards them instead of running away. Their weapons are just too big to hit you near their feet

Go to the grace right outside of there and talk to ranni doll will have to keep pressing talk till she talks then he will appear
@@gilliymon No. You need miniature Ranni before. Pick it up at the Ainsel River main. Then, go back to the waterfall bassin site of grace and talk to her.

@@AnonCooler Once you got the puppet, go to the waterfall bassin a. there is an option to talk to Ranni.
Remove the upsidedown doll from the study hall entrance, then try again.

Go to the grace by there and talk to ranni doll , bottom of options you will have to click on it a couple times then after her dialogue, he will be there.

After how annoying this game had been, I just used rotten breath and let the rotter rot away like the filthy beast he was. Boy I chided him like the undead vender in the Undead berg aqueduct in Dark Souls 1, was pretty pretty satisfying honestly. Everything can rot in this game as far as I’m concerned. 😂

Also more specifically, it is only available after starting the volcano manor questline, it might be the third or fourth step. They will put a little red dot on your map and you will have to figure out how to get there.
