When I import my agentive agent onto voiceflow everything works, but as soon as there's a relevance AI tool integrated, it gives me "Error getting Agent Status" message Would really appreciate some guidance

Tried it. The problem is that the video makes it looks easy but in fact it is quite hard to make it work without your support team which is impossible to find. They are always busy which I can understand their attention is for bigger companies etc. wish you could give us real detail docs on how to make the tools work.

I’m interested in using the app on a regular basis but I need to have more tools available, and the multiple bots feature should be a part of all paid plans. If you want to make more money as a company from this feature you should figure out a way to do so. As a builder I don’t want to pay so much money to build and test something, but once I have it producing results I would pay more than 500. Your putting a massive limit on your own company’s scale by doing this.

I agree with @FrederikBlegvadAndersen-cu8fm . Also although there are many references to NoCode - there tends to be an assumption that end users are 'developers' and have that mindset. I know everything is moving so fast and I believe you are taking more folks on to help explain the processes and possibilities to those of us who are enthusiastic but unsure. I really can appreciate the enormous significance and potential of this sort of approach. My problem is that despite enthusiasm - I am never quite as adept at learning new tools such as Relevance. I'm wondering though if I'd be better off waiting ( a few months?) for Relevance to add a shopping mall where I can add various roles to my cart, throw in a manager and checkout with a whole team.
