as someone who is currently renovating their house and is keen on the little details, this house covers it. The millwork is gorgeous and the finishes in the bathrooms are top notch.

Why is the facade so plain? What happened to modern architecture? When did we stop adding design elements to things? What is going on with the chimney? Run out of stone?

It's undoubtedly a beautiful house and very well built,,, except 3 areas for eating close to each other, the master bathroom is exquisite BUT the tub is really small, there's plenty of room to put a comfortable one....!!!!

Great showing, thank you for posting!!! I like it, the flow, how the staircase is not seen the moment you enter. It feels more like a home vs museum. My critiques would be, a wood burning fireplace in the great room (if there was a fire lit in upon showing that the room) a sitting are in the primary (immediately upon entering, flowing into the bedroom, I love the over sized windows in the primary (but I would tweek to alter that big window to make sliding doors or 2 windowed door s that lead out to a pvt garden). I would prefer his/her wardrobe in the primary. This would still be a keeper for the simple fact that it feels like a home vs museum!!
