Hello sir I have few questions I hope you answer it When i was filling the videx form for the first time i made some mistakes For example there is a mistake in my father name. And also there is question which states that have you ever been expelled or deported from the federal republic of Germany, had an application for a residence permit rejected, or have been refused entry into the federal republic of Germany? In the answer i selected No. So does this question include visa rejection because i already have a visa rejection from German embassy. So should i select yes and write the truth about my rejection And as i told before i made a mistake in my father name so is there an option for editing the form? Or should i fill another one?

I have three doubts here : 1. Firstly, If are getting a photocopy of a document like 12th marksheet from both the sides, then should it be on the same page ( Front and Back ) or on different pages ? 2. Secondly, should I Sign and write self attested at the end of the page of my documents or should I just send them without writing self attested and signature ? 3. Thirdly, in my case my mothers' name in my 10th and 12th marksheet is different due to at the time of my admission in school one of our family member gave my mothers' home name to them but in all the other docs her name is correct which exactly what is mentioned in her documents as well. Although I have newspaper cuttings and my birth certificate which states that both the names belongs to the same person ( after all this only I got my passport ). But as you know we cannot change it in the cbse certificates and marksheets. So according to you, should I also send additional documents like a copy of my birth certificate and newspaper cutting which justifies all of this or like it not necessary ?
