VLOG 5: Homecoming
It's been a while since I've done VLOG due to lots of personal stuff happening the past couple of years. The closing of the highest sale in Manhattan Beach year to date in 2023 seems like a great place to pick up the VLOG.
We start by going to over to my brother Anand's house to pick up a bottle of Ace of Spades champagne to gift to my client. While we're there Anand gives us a tour of his new house which he did to remodeling to. From there we head over to The Strand in Manhattan Beach to deliver possession to my client, the buyer at closing.
After that we're at my house preparing for a pre-party BBQ for my aunt's surprise retirement party with my family from VEGAS.

I went to Vegas for the Jon Bones Jones UFC 285 event with the boys. Before the fight we went to SPEED Vegas to drive super cars and I drove the Porsche GT3 RS and it was incredible. I now want a Porsche :)
