This channel was born because of the pandemic. It started last year in September 2020 when everybody was on strict quarantine and was trying to busy oneself with just about anything. This is somehow a way to keep me sane amidst all these things happening around us.

Got inked by the 106 yr-old tattoo artist Apo Whang-Od!
Not really into tattoos but I got curious about Apo Whang-Od's traditional way of doing it. How amazing that she's still able to do it at her age right now. The aim of this trip to Buscalan is to get inked by her! hehe. Didn't mind the 12 hrs land trip not to mention the long waiting time before you get tattooed. Though I didn't have a comparison in terms of the degree of pain since this is my first ever tattoo and probably the last haha but I could say it's painful! Even those who already have tattoos would say the same thing. It's 10x more painful than the conventional way of doing it. But to me, the trip and the pain are all worth it. This is really one for the books, to get inked by the legendary mambabatok Apo Whang-Od.
