London Underground: Metropolitan, Circle and H&C Lines at Aldgate Station!
Quick observations at the terminus of the metropolitan line, here at Aldgate. The H&C Line runs past the station will great views and amazing track sounds!
Another thing is that Aldgate East is quite close to this station as well being only around a 3 minute walk. I did film at Aldgate East after this.

Sunday observations at Temple, a quiet station to trainspot At with plenty of trains! There was a part closure on the District Line between Turnham Green and Richmond that day. Platform 1 for the 12:43 Thameslink service to Slade Green. We will be calling at: Lewisham, Westcombe Park, Maze Hill, Charlton, Woolwich Dockyard, Woolwich Arsenal, Plumstead, A Wood, ?, Belvedere and Slade Green. This train is formed of 8 or 12 coaches. Platform 1 for the 12:43 Thameslink service to Slade Green.

My favourite trains
This brought back memories of my childhood in the 1960s/early 70s. My Grandparents lived near the footbridge just after Queensbury station and my brother and I would stand on the top of the bridge and wave at the drivers. It was exciting when they waved or tooted back. The bridge wasn’t covered in those days and as we got older, we could peer over the top. There was a trip cock on the side going towards Queensbury and we used to watch for it to lower accompanied by its distinctive hiss. Of course this line was part of the Bakerloo back then.

It does, this was a fast service to Reading. Normally, it stops here every 15 minutes on services to and from Heathrow!
