I usually do 3-4 sets per excercise. And between 10-12 reps. And 3-4 exercises for big muscle groups and 2 exercises for smaller ones

Make sure youre eating enough fats~40+gs min as its an essential nutrient id switch to whole eggs since your bulking maybe some olive oil or avocados if you want lower cals
i agree im at 200-250 pro 120 fats and the rest carbs usually around 500 carbs make sure to atleast have 15-20 grams of fat in every meal space it out
