Nice story about the judge and Dr Monica but after all, Monica still came out $200 short on the judges bad decision on her parking and she also spent a lot of time trying to correct him without being able to fine him the same amount that she had been fined. So she should have had the ability to fine him for his mistake in judgment of her parking and get back her $200. In fact, the judge should have anonymously sent her $200 to compensate her for his bad decision in the courtroom.
