Hi, I did! I have a review on my website about it, it worked well but the dust was so bad I could hardly speak as I was pouring it into the Robot.

It works well, no issues at all. The only thing is that it makes a loud noise when it dispenses so if your cat is very skittish, it may scare it.

Yes, I tried the bags but they ended up being too expensive for me. I actually place a piece of carbon filter inside the waste drawer together with the OdorTrap bag, it works well. Thanks for your comment!

Hi! Yes it does! The Litter Robot 4 features a bezel which is the round front part of the Robot 4 that forms like one piece with the base, it's like a sort of round frame that doesn't move, so only the globe rotates. The ramp and fence are installed on this bezel, not on the globe.

If you mean the bag with cat waste you simply detach the ramp from the hinge and open the drawer. You don't need to remove the hinge.

Hi, if you have a cat that digs strongly toward the entry or a male cat that urinates high you may want to replace these strips to prevent leakage into the bezel, I suggest replacing them after 3 o 4 months if your cat meets one of those conditions. You can get the seal strips here whisker.pxf.io/eKdRm1 The seal strips that go on the bezel are the ones measuring 11.5" long. Hope that helps.

I was giving you another answer asumming you just don't use the app, but after reading again I see you don't have a phone. I don't think it's possible to connect the Litter Hopper without the App because Whisker always mentions the firmware software being updated for this installation to work. Just to be sure call them and see what they tell you.

@@catfooddispensersreviews2696 I went to the website myself after watching your video, to check for myself, and yeah I came to the same conclusion that the hopper cannot be installed activated without using the app on a smart phone. Too bad for me! But thank you for answering my question!

They both work well in the sense of not having to scoop the litter box, however the LR4 is more advance with more features, easier to empty to clean, and easier for the cat to enter to it. The SmartSpin is a good option for people who don't want to scoop anymore and who are willing to give up on the LR4 features and cleaning convenience because they cannot afford the expensive unit.

Hi, it doesn't get dirty under the rubber because the seam around the bottom between the rubber and the halves is tight . However, you don't want to let the device got too long without cleaning it, this way wipe cleaning will work well. To unscrew the halves simply check the screws that attach the two halves. Hi, I am not sure if I understand your question, this video is about the Litter Hopper, not the liner. In any case, the liner of the Litter Robot 4's globe is not detachable, you should be able to wash the globe entirely without detaching anything from it.

Hi Rachel, the App is the Whisker App and if you bought the Litter Robot 4 already including the Litter Hopper you just need to activate the Litter Hopper when you activate the Litter Robot 4. If you purchased the Litter Hopper apart and want to install it in your existing Litter Robot you need to follow the steps on this video.

I did a light water spray, as little as possible. I was worried about the electrical components. Have you had to clean the housing?

I don't know what happened, I was going to answer and somehow this comment got deleted. You were taking about the housing being a pain to clean, I usually only clean the globe, the waste drawer and the ramp. I wipe clean the bezel I guess that's what you refer as the housing and I use seal strips there to protect from whatever enters there. My cat is a female so she doesn't spray or urinate high to mess other stuff. I suggest you to put seal strips around the bezel to protect the electrics in case your cat urinates high. I will make a video on how to do that.

Hi, the crystals work well but not really as intended according to the Litter Robot mechanism, which is clumping and dumping a clump into the waste drawer. It may work with the Robot but using it differently, just letting the crystals absorb the urine instead of collecting the clumps in the waste drawer. Thanks for your comment :)

Hi john, I had the same issue and it was that I didn't have the firmware updated. Regarding the bonnet you need to place it on the back first and carefully adjust on the sides until it clicks, if it doesn't click easily do it again starting from the back. If you update the firmware and it still doesn't work contact customer service, they will help you.

Hi liz, my cat used the Petlibro Air for about 3 months and currently she is not eating from it mainly because she prefers using a simple bowl, she's getting picky as she gets older (she turned 9 years old) plus she behaves well with food so that's the reason. For the time she used the feeder it worked very well, no issues at all. Note that this is not the Wifi version, it's the basic Petlibro Air. Hi, currently I am using Arm & Hammer Multicat and it works well, my cat jumps out the Litter Robot when she's done using it, she doesn't walk out using the ramp, only when she enters the litter box so there's cat litter outside and on the litter mat, but I haven't seen cat litter on the couch or the floors at all, only outside the Litter Robot because of my cat's behavior. The Litter Robot 4 is similar inside than the Litter Robot 3 but a little wider at the entry and in my case, the Robot 4 is wider inside because I have the old Litter Robot 3 with a flap separated from the globe and I understand the Litter Robot 3 now doesn't have that. The feeder makes the typical sound when the impeller is rotating to dispense the food, all feeders make the same sound, nothing really loud, just like it sounds in the video. The feeder makes a louder noise when the kibble hits the stainless steel bowl though.

HI! To reset the feeder you need to long press the "UP" button while the screen is locked, after doing that you can program the feeder from scratch.

Hi, the minimum portion is 15 g which equals to 2 portions. So you need to program two meals, each meal with portion #1. If you do this, each cat will eat 15g per meal twice a day, for a total of 30g each cat per day. That is the minimum food intake you can feed two cats.

Hi, I didn't use the HoneyGuaridan with a splitter, but if you want to feed two cats you just need to double the portion that equals to two individual meals. The make it dispense once a day you just program the meal #1.
