What is the minimum volume that a day tank must have, to suppy the diesel generator?
Best practice would be to size the day tank such that 2-4 hours of usable fuel is available at the generator, if it is a life safety/mission critical application. This is intended to give enough time to address an issue with the bulk storage tank or transfer pump equipment and controls in the even that the rest of the fuel is not available. Of course, owner, insurance, and local authorities may have the final say on what the minimum volume is for the day tank in each application. Thank you!

Thank you for asking! We stock these controllers. By using dip switches we are able to replace dozens of different Honeywell 7800 combinations with one controller.

Great design, when’s does the training classes begin I’m sold already, a lot easier to install and use than Siemens and Autoflame, seems like an average mechanic can us this control without being too intimidated, it also looks to fit in where a e110 was are you still using the sub base from the e110 and is it also available for the 7800 control, I have to pitch this to my boss, need a little info. Where in NYC the perfect market for this.

The travel can be greater than 90 degrees? For metering pumps and slot valves.
The SM servos which in the video are limited to 180 degrees of travel.
Will this work for an Eclipse gas valve?
Yes, we have many custom made brackets for a variety of valves.
Is The retro fit for the Cleaver Brooks using existing control panel or new panel? parallel positioning? Dual fuel capability? NYC approved?
Yes, our burner and controls package is UL listed and NYC approved. We would not reuse the existing burner control. Also, yes, it is dual fuel capable and parallel positioning.
