Ppl recommend to have protein shakes bc it’s easy to cook and have, also it helps with sweet cravings

What is your waist and hip measurement? Planning to buy but unsure of my size. I’m waist 25 inch so should I go for size 24 or 25?
I just had dinner 😓my waist and hip measurement are highly effected 🤐I would like to say 1. buy with good return policies 2. depends on color (some color is tighter than usual as you can in my video) 3. I will buy both of 24 and 25. 4. make sure you will be able to return them in case. If you have more questions, let me know.

I am just getting back from a 2 week vacation, and I didn't do terrible, but I need to get back on track. I am sensitive to a lot of foods and I ate them while I was gone. I gained about 3-5lbs on the trip and that is what I had lost. I need to continue exercising too
