I remember that you need to scan their QR code at the counter through the electronic ticket app, and then it will generate an entrance ticket. When you enter, just show them the barcode to scan. Anyway, my suggestion is that electronic tickets are really inconvenient and not very foreigner-friendly, so if possible, try to buy a physical ticket instead.
