Congress party should have a clear mindset stating the truth with sincerity that the indigenous Meitei never discriminated the Zo-Kuki or any small community except trying to maintain and save the integrity of Manipur protecting the indigenous Meitei for a peaceful coexistence of all communities without any threats and disturbances from the illegal immigrants . Normalcy will not return to Manipur until and unless the congress express their clear statement . They should stand firmly that Congress won't allow disintegration of Manipur even by an inch of it's land. When there is any such firm stand and statement of Congress Party as a mark of respect to the people for their full favor as recently seen in the 18th Lok Sabha Election there will surely be a way to bring Normalcy in Manipur. GOVT 'S ACTION IS TO PROTECT THE INTEGRITY OF MANIPUR AND INDIA ---------- TO SAVE THE LIFE OF ALL COMMUNITIES IN FUTURE MANIPUR AND INDIA --------------- ---- FOR A PEACEFUL COEXISTENCE OF ALL COMMUNITIES WITHOUT ANY DISTURBANCE AND THREATS FROM THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT ZO-KUKIS AND OTHERS COMING TO MANIPUR AFTER 1961. Manipur Government is trying to maintain and save the integrity of Manipur protecting the indigenous Meitei who is struggling for survival to avoid extinction from our own mother land Manipur due to long negligence of Congress Party led UPA Government and due to the threats with many disturbances of illegal immigrant Zo-Kuki and others coming to Manipur after 1951. War on Drugs---- Destroyed poppy cultivation in an area of about 19000 acres of forest lands and others. Arrested many drug trafffickers and seized a lot of drugs etc. 1.2. Evicted illegal encroachment of about 950 villages from forest lands and others. Protection of forest lands and others is for the welfare of the mankind. 1.3. Started to process for the implementation of National Register of Citizens ( NRC ) base year 1961 identifying illegal immigrant Zo-Kukis and others. 1.4. Abrogated F M R (Free Movement Regime) at India-Myanmar border . 1.5. Nearly Completed 10km long fencing construction of 398km Manipur portion of India Myanmar border. 1.6. I L P system extended to the whole area of Manipur. For better understanding it will be quite important to know the Demand of Zo-Kuki Militants ( Indian Citizen Zo-Kukis , Militants of unidentified Indian Citizens and disputed citizens or illegal immigrant Zo-Kukis) 2. Kukis ' Demand: 2. A. To disintegrate Manipur demanding Separate administration or union territory or Kukiland or Zo-gam ,zalengam, or Zoo land etc. Separating from Manipur state which is a very tiny Hill State having only an area of 22327sq km which is less than half of the area of a District of 45674sq km ( Kachchh District of Gujarat state).. 2.1 Not to destroy illegal Poppy cultivation and drugs business or the Government of Manipur should turn a blind eye to these illegal activities of the Zo-Kukis. 2.2. Not to do eviction of illegal encroachment of about 950 villages in forest lands and others . 2.3. Not to identify Zo-Kuki immigrants and not to implement NRC. 2.4. Others ---- such as demand of Indigenous Meitei demanding the Reclamation of Meitei tribal status which is in the Modern history of British-lndia , lndia after Indian lndependence 1947 and merger of Manipur to Indian Union 1949 and to put Indigenous Meteis in the Schedule tribe ( ST ) list of India. Remark : --------- In 2005 Assam Rifles signed "SoO " agrt with Zo-Kuki Militant though there were no any kind of action with exchange of fire or even a single bullet to the Assam Rifles before signing the "SOO " agreement between the Zo-Kuki Militants and the Assam Rifles. Congress party led UPA Government turned a blind eye to the activities of Assam Rifles and Zo-Kuki Militants during these long 3 years. In 2008 tripartite SoO agreement of Zo-Kuki Militants signed with India Govt and Manipur Govt ( the then home minister of India P .Chidambaram and the then CM O.Ibobi ). One of the Zo-Kuki Militants was an Ex MP of Myanmar who acquired Indian citizenship within 5years without any formalities. In their Operational area Assam Rifles turned a blind eye to the large scale Poppy Cultivation in forest lands and others by the illegal immigrant Zo-Kukis and others coming to Manipur after 1951. Assam Rifles turned a blind eye to the illegal encroachment of about 950 villages in forest lands and others by the illegal immigrant Zo-Kukis and others coming to Manipur after 1951. Now Zo-Kuki Militants are so strong that their members increased enormously without the knowledge of the competent authorities. Epicenter of eruption of Manipur violence erupted on 3rd May is Churachandpur Hill District of Manipur. Meiteis are minority in Churachandpur Hill District of Manipur. Meiteis are minority in Churachandpur, Kangpokpi ,,Tengnaupal etc Zo-Kukis killed, tortured ,raped Meitei women at Churchandpur Khumujamba Meitei Leikai ,Moreh, kangpokpi Meitei villages etc. They killed Meiteis and buildings were blown down with bombs and flattened the building site and the whole areas of the Minority Meiteis . Congress party is creating the issue more serious with its multiple standard statements to respective Zo-Kukis and Meiteis. Manipur violence will not end until and unless Congress stop shedding crocodile tears adding fuel to the fire .( drama of politics) Alfred and Bimol are traitors to the Integrity of Manipur and the Integrity of India. They are traitors to Indigenous Meiteis who are struggling for survival in our own mother land Manipur. Meiteis are trying only for the protection of the lntegrity of Manipur .
