Hi Coach Radhika! Greetings from Denmark! Is this also for men? I am a man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! She is Indian lady and told me to try this! I could not even last 7 minutes and completely gave up and I stopped😟 My MIL did 40 minutes of this and with dumbbells as you! Her muscles are very powerful strength like yours! I feel really low and defeated.
