- Hey guys it's Chris Boley, if you're new to this channel I'm a property investor that has done over $800 million dollars worth of deals in the past decade. The goal for this channel is to show you that it's possible to get your foot in the door no matter what age you are. I started my real estate journey after declaring bankruptcy at 38. The odds were stacked against me but I made it out, and so can you. This video is just an average day in the life. I'm grateful that I can do whatever I want with my day. I don't go on super crazy vacations, or have a massive mansion with 12 cars. I just want to play basketball, and enjoy time with my friends and family. My properties give me the privilege to do that.

If it's on the market for more than 2 months, google the homeowners name. Find out if they already bought another place, and then low ball them.
title should be “how to get a bad reputation with brokers and be at the end of the line for every deal!” do this and you’ll end up getting your offers rejected for the low-ball offers. you get a bad reputation and they’ll just use your offers to get counters from the legitimate buyers
