How To Make Restaurants Style Chinese Drumsticks | All Tips and Tricks
IN this video I am making restaurants style drumsticks at home its amazingly delicious 😋 you will enjoy a lot
InGREDIENTS:
Chicken legs - 12
Salt - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
White pepper - ½ tsp (optional)
Corn flour - 6 tbsp
All purpose flour- 6 tbsp
Spring onion (finely chopped)
Green chilies paste- 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Garlic powder- 1 tsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
Eggs - 2 approx (add gradually, marination shouldn’t be running consistency)
All purpose flour for coating
Vegetable Oil - for frying
NOTES:
If you want better results you should marinate then for whole night
- Make sure your oil is neither too hot (they won't cook through), not too cold (they will absorb oil and become greasy).
- Medium hot oil helps them cook through and turn golden gradually so they are tender from inside and crispy from outside.
