I tried contacting that company's employer, but I didn't get a response. Currently, I got selected in an MNC, but the background verification failed. Do you have any ideas/suggestions Regarding this?

Hi Mam - I used to get offer in one company and they have mentioned one particular date to join in the year of 2019, At that time of joining date I am unable to join and because still 25 days to serve in existing company, So i drafted like unable to join on this period to HR. After that job is disappeared. For the period now 2024 I got offer in the same company which i was unable to join in the past 2019. This will affect any problem in BGV check ? Can you pleaese advise me..
