When connecting the wires the clear plastic wrap is called heat shrink. Your suppose to heat it up with a small torch so It shrinks around the wire then put your black electrical tape on.

We had our first oil service at Kia. The manual said 0W20 but they put it 5W30.. why didn't they put the correct oil grade?

I too have similar problem. They cleaned the sensor and put it back. The light didn't go off. So they are now changing the DPF.
