Expand Advantage through Abundant Care in the Workplace

In the article, I argue that instead of eliminating advantages for a few, we should expand the advantages to the many.
These advantages-like being seen as having potential, being heard and having your work acknowledged, getting access to info about your company, having someone speak positively about you in rooms you’re not in, and more-are what make people thrive at work. They’re like a roadmap to what works for employee development in the workplace.
