Some aspects of karate is good 👍. Footwork and protecting the face is not so good.

This is a high risk to reward sweep. Missing that, or finding he is planted whilst your attempt fails means he is in a natural stance with better balance to fire back, or you'll stumble into your non dominant side out of position.

You may want to buy a punch bag if you want those punches to have any power behind them. Technique is important but punching fresh air all the time will not build power behind that technique

Excellent kata especially from the 2 lady karate black belts, love their stances when practicing shuto, the damage these beautiful young ladies could do to a male foolish enough to dare attack a woman using her years of training in karate to black belt standard would be catastrophic, all women should take up karate, don’t you agree ?
