Worked for me, Oneplus 12R using System Launcher Version 14.1.17. Thank you.

The solution that worked for me was this: When the "System Launcher has crashed" message appears (you may have to reboot to see it), empty the storage for System Launcher. This resets all the icons to default, which sucks, but it stops the crashing.
