DUDE. I just wanna say that acceleration from 0:08 to 0:12 is absolutely BONKERS and the full exhaust sounds INSANE and those two things alone make me wanna buy one!
best bike you can buy for under 10k. It rides excellent with such great comfort that after i recorded this video i rode this road 10 more times.

Grateful to see this Concourse 14 ridden at a spirited pace. Always wondered how 'sporty' these beasts would be through corners and that was an impressive demonstration. Ample lean angle and surprisingly snappy turn in. Would keep this rider entertained for sure. Obviously more than fast enough too. Need to find a way to test ride one.
After hearing all the stories about ‘the tail’ was expecting an off cambered, rough surfaced double helix type monster, instead saw what looked exactly like a Sunday run out to Fort William up the A82. So how are so many people binning it on ‘the tail’ ? Looked fun on the 14 though 🤭🤘

In 2nd gear the majority of the time. Touched 3rd gear only once or twice on the straight a ways
i have a 2016 versys 1000 that i love, but have always considered moving up to the connie. love this thing. really want the shaft drive and more power.

IMS Wide Pegs More street oriented tires that suck offroad but have great tire life and Performance wise It's all stock because I'm currently building a 2022 klx300

@Grimulas thank you man but I cant answer that question for you I have multiple air cooled bikes that are alot hotter than this thing at its hottest so I wouldn't be able to tell

@Grimulas have you considered getting the bike tuned my 15 has the Ivan's Tune and one of the things it does is turn on you're cooling fans at a much lower temperature.

Only first gen had heat on legs issue. I think it is 2010 and up with the revised fairing. I know my 2011 has new style, which was important to me daily driving in Alabama.

I just look at Google earth and look for any trails in the woods
If you want to meet some local bikers go to Blip Roasters on sunday mornings. Lots of friendly people ready to talk about bikes.

I love my tuned (MRP) 2018. Sure, i wish it had cruise control.... but that's really my only gripe, and it's a minor one. The power and comfort, along with ability to control air for riding in below freezing tennis makes it the best bike I've I've ever owned for living in the rust belt and riding almost all year sind.
i would agree with you on the need of a cruise control seeing that its a touring bike but other than that it really is the perfect bike for sport touring.
