Food grown in earth is our medicine!! A note about honey - if possible get local honey and make sure it is UNPROCESSED, RAW honey! Commercial store bought honey often has hidden sugar added, and once processed, all the essential nutrients are dead! Local honey helps fight the local pollens that cause a lot of hayfever! A note about lemons - the ENTIRE lemon (pips, rind and white bits) are ALL packed with nutrients and there are even more antioxidants in the rind and white parts than in the juice! I blend up well-scrubbed whole lemons (chopped, of course) in the blender and use that instead of just the juice. Even if you don't have the problems this video suggest, this entire concoction is good as a daily dose because it fights inflammation and boosts the immune system! Enjoy 🥰

Doesn’t work! I was left with pneumonia for a year, eventually blew a hole in my lung and it collapsed, barely ever treated with antibiotics, was totally left to my own devices. Of course you can’t get antibiotics without a doctor, so now it’s left me with a chronic lung condition. I’m over six months since the lung was inflated, which they left collapsed for two months. Never seen the specialist I was supposed to see, still coughing my head off and probably collapsed my lung again without even knowing, this didn’t work, still coughing up stuff and for some strange reason been blowing my nose ever since this all started in July 23! Seriously, the only way to cure this, because it improves when the weather is better, I’m thinking is to another country, because where I live we’ve had no summer for two years, you know who the hell gets pneumonia in summer?! Plus what sort of doctor leaves you with pneumonia for a year and then after the lung is inflated doesn’t write to you to see the specialist and tells you about the diagnosis months later and then realise they never gave you an appointment which you were supposed to have two week after coming out of hospital and leaves you in the same state you were when it all first started?!

When you're pregnant woman can you thyme
I started watching, now it's 2 min 30 sec. All I heard is your praises of baking soda. Now, too much blah blah without any meaningful talk discourages the viewers.

😢boring .learn nothing.
There are a number of foods and a variety of herbs Which will dilute the mass of sticky phlegm which we put into our bodies by consuming dairy, wheat and rice. One of my favorites is N Acetyl Cystein (NAC), which was first marketed under the brand name muco mist because it breaks up the phlegm and lets you pass it through your lungs and sinuses. Of course the best solution is to stop putting the phlegm into yourself in the first placeby replacing milk with almond or soy milk, cheese with sesame tahini and ice cream with soy ice cream. Replace butter with organic Olive oil. Buy a case of Kleenex because in a week or 2 you will start blowing your nose like all my other friends who have tried this experiment. You won't have to get a cold or flu to pass the phlegm.
