For a new house to be truly hurricane resistant, the roof needs to be built also of concrete.

How big are the lots? The wood is ugly, does it come with white instead? How do you hang things if the walls are concrete?

As an empty nester, this is way too much for my needs, or even with the 1 child we had. I can picture how happy we would have been when I was growing up with my larger family. Space! And a really beautiful home. I'm almost surprised you didn't show this on the luxury channel, kind of fits in between, and I love it.

$460K .. when the avg new home for the same size is $300K ...... It doesn't cost less... and any possible insurance savings would take a lifetime to break even on, lol. Seriously, why build modular factory houses if they don't cost less???

you had some interesting information about different plan options like game room instead of 20 ft ceilings etc. and that is what you should have focused on. there is really no need to point out that there is a mirror in the bathroom on other hand - every bathroom has a mirror. nor is there a need to tell people the list price specified down to a single dollar when the price is negotiable by probably $20,000 or so. write down what you want to say and then ask yourself - DOES THIS NEED TO BE SAID ? for 90% of what you said the answer is NO. there is no need to count how many light bulbs there are over the kitchen island and so on. only say things that aren't 100% obvious from watching the video itself. i could count the light bulbs myself ( if i cared ).

how much a villa pass?

I like this 1st floor plan with the study in front. I'd think, with kids, you'd really want the game room, or the 1st floor would not ever have any quiet time. I'd really want more outside, even without a pool I'd want more lanai space.

I don't like much about a house located too close to the lake or big pond.

Do you work with rent?

I want to like this plan, and mostly do. Like the spacious bedrooms. My biggest issue is laundry on the first floor. Seems like a really bad idea when all the dirty clothes, but for a few towels, are on the 2nd. I think I'd lose the master suite sitting room, make it a big closet, and make the existing closet the laundry. Surely they could figure out a door into main common area, in addition to master suite.

Does it have a gym ?

If all the bedrooms are upstairs, why place the washer and dryer downstairs. I love the size of all of the bedrooms; however, the space allocated to every other area looks pretty cramped for a 2900+ square foot home.

Currently living in one of the townhomes in sunbridge by Ashton Woods. The marina is no longer called Marina, they changed the name for it. TRAFFIC IS HOO RRR III BBBB LEEEEEEEEE !!!!!! I hope tavistock start doing those roads sooner rather than later

Be warned - the traffic is terrible Narrcoossee is a packing lot . Osceola County has not invested in the infrastructure!!!
