Global Clean-Up in Copenhagen and Palermo
We have held a grand clean-up event! The gathered volunteers from different countries held a truly practical action that can be replicated in many different countries around the world. It is a great activity that can be carried out by anyone who wants to become an active part of a greener and better future.
During the activity that was mainly held in Copenhagen and Palermo, there were many people who were willing to join the activity and learn more about environmental action both locally and globally.
One of the initiatives we would like to share with you is called #GreenKayak - they rent the kayaks for free so you can collect the waste from the water!
We will be looking forward to sharing more practical #sustainable solutions with you in our upcoming digital course. Stay tuned for the upcoming digital environmental journey!
The link to the educational course is going to be here -------- at the end of the summer!
The #cleanup event was a part of the project funded by the European Commission. Conducted by Meridian Learning Center (#Copenhagen) and Accademia IRSEI (#Palermo).

It’s really sad to see the billions being made from this iron ore and the people travel in such discomfort. How much would it actually costs to add a few carriages in a decent condition with air conditioning onto this train!? Not much! I hope they do people deserve more than this.

If Mauritania really wants to be serious about tourism it needs to make gay consensual sex legal and allow alcoholic drinks in licensed places. Tourism will always be limited to other Muslim countries as if you want to be welcoming to western nations you need to be seen as a safe and welcoming place to everyone not at the risk of death for offending someone. People don’t see Uganda or Saudi as their dream holiday for the similar reasons. Despite being naturally very beautiful places.

I am giving you solution for sandy strom. You do platation of prickly pears pad all around the feild. This will protect feild from high wind. You attach ribbon to lamp post and check direction of wind blowing. From where ever strong wind is coming you put thick dense plantation of prickly pears. Do the plantation in multiple layers towards starting sides to protect plantation from hot wind. Second for top. For top you make wire arrangements using lamp post. Don't make green house. You do plantation of passion fruit and let it grow on top. The whole scenario will change, if possible give slope to protect plantation from sandy strom. Sand must slope out side plantation. This you will learn with time. We can make dessert green by various ways. Only we need children like you. Thanks a lot. Jay shree ram.

We can slove the problem of high wind and protect the plants from high heat. Do you get sandy strom, because sandy strom covers the feild completely. I will give you solution. Jay shree ram.

Only residual waste that cannot be recycled is incinerated here. You can make a maximum of 60% of the energy into electricity, the rest, the 40%, becomes heat, which is used for central heating, but requires the city to use central heating (heat and hot water), and 99% of the city of Copenhagen has this installed. The smoke is cleaned so that only water vapor comes out of the chimney. The recycling is so efficient that you have to import residual waste from England, even if it is a long way, it only costs 1% of the energy for the transport. The combined heat and power plant runs together with the country's solar and wind energy. In the countryside, far from the urban area, heat pumps are used for heat and hot water. These create 5 times as much heat as the electricity they use.

The best way to have the best environment is to germinate all varieties of plants found around the world that grow in that temperature and weather. That will definitely change the surroundings most favourable and leavable environment.
