I've eliminated everything in an attack to improve my fibromyalgia. The only thing that's helped me was giving up excessive alcohol. I had a drinking problem and my fibromyalgia was AWFUL. Now if I drink an occasional drink and I mean one actual serving, it doesn't make me flare up.

Yes. It was sad to hear though conversations and even today that there "isn't inflammation involved with fibromyalgia". Wrong information and I think it was misinterpreted potentially because inflammation lab values may not be high. Just discounted all the science around inflammation.

What you’re saying is so important but you talk very fast and English is not my native language. I would really like to share your message with people around me but I think they will find it even more difficult than I do to keep up with how fast you are talking. Is there somewhere I can find something else, perhaps something you wrote, that sums up what you know? I think I will try to find your book, but I find it to much to ask the ones I know to read a book. At least a teaser would or an overall idea could make it easier. I find it very very useful and eye opening what you are telling 🫶🏻

Well...seems to me it TRULY IS- BUT NOT FAKE. I have tried so many NEW meds/therapies- where side effects made me sick(er) or half crazy. TWO TREATMENTS I believe would benefit me: massages and accupunture. But wait... INSURANCE doesn't cover them because they are considered LUXURIES, not necessary 🥺😭🤬 Damn fibromyalgia!!!!

hello Anna. you have described with so much clarity what is happening within the entire body with fibromyalgia. all you have described is so dead on. i love the pictures and levels. i will not go into how i have this but what i have been learning over so much of my life is the how, why what and how i can adapt daily with its fluctuations as you described. i have as you have experienced injuries milder to more severe. there is a connection between injuries of any type and nerve damage, and autoimmune disorders. i developed type 2 diabetes, thyroid disorder, high blood pressure, high cholesterol at the same time. i have learned to take charge of my own experience as doctors have had no knowledge or belief in what they were being told by people living it. you have so wonderfully described what is happening with nerve pain that is chronic and how the nervous system is responding to even the simplest touch. overstimulated, sensitive, increasing the pain and with it fatigue. i was asked by my family doctor to go to see a doctor in a teaching research school here in london ontario. what i have spoken of will be used to teach health professionals to understand what you are teaching here but not as advanced yet. it was a great experience to be able to use my life to reach others to help. i was also sent to a young medical student wanting to specialize in this exact subject along with chronic pain and the nervous system, vs short lived pain. i live in a city that has a research hospital and so many specialists here. just as you i continue to practice things that bring me joy in ways that allow me to do them in a modified way. i am conscious of how i am thinking and reacting so i can maintain a more positive outlook toward all this. i am learning more from you that i can put into practice. i will recommend your youtube to others to study as i meet other people (mostly women, although i have occasionally met men). you are greatly teaching and spreading knowledge without which chronic pain can cripple lives. i have a small base in which i can directly encourage and support others. it is perfect for what i choose to do so that i can manage daily changes, fatigue and pain. thanks so much for what you are doing. with love and encouragement.. nancy

@@Truerealism747 so sorry to hear about the loss. Sending you healing hugs. Hypermobility is coming up in various discussions related to increase pain, digestive issues, and histamine/MCAS issues. It's going to be fascinating to learn about the cross section of these chronic conditions. Sending you strength and healing.
