EcoTech Trucks - EcoTech Vacuum Excavation Trucks, Six Reasons They Rock!
มุมมอง 5675 ปีที่แล้ว
Our trucks are not only powerful and high tech, but they also have a specific cool factor. We’re truck geeks here at EcoTech and we’re so impressed with the ability of our high-powered GapVax VH-55 and HV-56 trucks that we wanted to highlight six things that make these machines so unique. Greater Safety Vacuum Excavation is quickly becoming the preferred excavating method by utility companies a...

Ecotech Hydro Excavation - Lazaretto Quarantine Station
มุมมอง 7526 ปีที่แล้ว
Ecotech recently took on a fascinating project in Essington, PA at the Lazaretto Building. We had an archaeologist on site in case human remains were found, but luckily only historical artifacts were unearthed from the ground. Our remote hose was run into the basement and was used to lower the subgrade of the floor to allow for the building’s expansion. Read more here: ow.ly/ahZA30h9zZL

Slot Trenching to Expose Conduit
มุมมอง 1.6K11 ปีที่แล้ว
Slot trenching for a customer to expose buried conduit. Hydro excavation trenches require a minimal amount of backfilling. It leaves established landscaped areas clean and requires far less restoration than other methods. For more about hydro excavating and slot trenching visit our website at www.GoEcotech.net or call us at 1-855-GoEcotech.

Hydro Excavating To Repair A Valve Box
love doing that but my rig was RC and I could control it from the ground. once I got over the learning curve it was fun even on hard crazy jobs and slinging dirt out to 80ish feet away using a paint brush motion was crazy
Been there done that. It’s one thing if ya some way get ya own crap on yaself. But others is just a bad day. Unfortunately I know all too much about that. In the past spent a couple years hydro tunneling. Tunneling under homes, apartments, stores ect. For the broken sewer line to be fixed. Talk about a shitty time crawling through shit 2-6” of shit water in the dark though 10’-100’+ tunnels with a couple others. Hoping the people wouldn’t flush. Due to the d*ck in the booty ass company. Wouldn’t have the water shut off. Least at the point the break was reached.

What is the hourly rate for that truck plus the 3 labors and driver and operator that is shown in video? Plus what machine are you using for compaction? Seems that your service is just placing protective sand over pipe! Am I missing something?
Love the cyclone setup
Last year, the underground transformer in my apartment complex was replaced, the disconnect was a nearby pole, with the underground conduit run. I remember the crew used a high pressure washer and vacuum truck to remove dirt and debit from the vault, after the old transformer was lifted out. Unknown if the transformer was original form the construction in the early 70's it was quite old looking much larger than the smaller replacement. Job took under four hours.

Do they have electrical line that you can lay right in the ground without conduit for your house.
Yes, but it is ridiculous NOT to put your service wires in conduit, PVC is cheap compared to digging up your yard 10 years from now when frost drives a rock through your wire's insulation.

Backhoe would have easily damaged these lines. Hydro excavation needs to be law for every state
Nobody in their right mind would use a backhoe to excavate a transformer.
Good job guys. <--- locator
