I love my string of spades too, try using a rooting hormone powder or clonex gel to boost your cutting's chances or just lay/pin the nodes and little tubers throughout the vines back onto just the surface of the soil and they'll root in by themselves like that 💚

I have a torch begonia that suuuper easy! And a begonia Brazilian lady or withlacoochie that I have in my mini greenhouse that is also very easy! Cane begonias are overall easier
