How do I, as manager, view the analytics for this? I mean, they are all using it but how do I see their clock ins and outs?
Just want to clarify that sharing form link doesn't provide access to the list. Just access to the form to add data to list. Thanks
SP is compleeeeetely unusable! What big mess it creates over the whole data.
Very useful tip, thanks for sharing. I'm new to Copilot and don't understand why I cant do this in Copilot in Outlook but have to use the Copilot Chat function, then copy and paste the generated email?
Great video. How do you add recurring tasks, such as meetings?
Very helpful, thank you.
Awesome video!
Very useful video as I'm preparing to enter into a 6-month migration project with my client. Thanks!
I hate sharepoint! I cannot find anything on it! This flagging does not work, plus you cannot make a diffrence between personal and company-wide flags. Before that I would just link to a folder if I needet it for a specific Tasks. Now I have to safe all the stuff in my personal cloud, because otherwise I will never find it again. Plus I have to go trouhg diffrent folders again and again, because you cannot open multible folders. It sucks big time! Others pin documents to chats because it is not possible to find anything. That Flagging thing sound nice, but then you need a company that knows how to use it and users who aply the rules.
ok the really answear is: try lov111vol after 1 minute it works on windows :)
This information is so underutilized. Love what you covered.
Can a communication site be created inside a Teams site?
Can we get a copy of that PowerPoint presentation.
Super useful tips from Nina. Glad you were able to keep your train of thought throughout! I often lose my place with interruptions-- especially as a presenter, but also as a viewer-- and it can take a couple minutes for my brain to get back on track. You did great. Grateful for Nate's separate videos which also have good tips. Appreciate the lack of interruptions in his so I can focus on all the good stuff he's sharing without getting pulled out of the stream, so to speak.
I like your productivity software suggestions! Just wanted to share Immersive Translate with you. It’s been essential for accessing international productivity resources.

Just Crazy Awesome Content! So clearly put out and explained.
Very helpful! Thank you
@16:26 - unless IT set this up before hand, no user is going to do this. 99% of users work on the desktop, using Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint and LOB App.
@9:29 - why not use Azure Files ????
What if our users never ever use any of Microsoft web apps. only the desktop apps?
Good video!
Here for anything that makes cloud gaming smoother! These MediaTek MDEP chips with Microsoft might be the answer. Very impressive for the MDEP development in the SoCs.
What is simple way for MS Teams Owner set up this views to find similair documents from multiple Document Libraries under the same MS Teams Sharepoint. Eg; Reports which is kept in different Document Libraries, as seperate document libraries for different department and each of them has their own reports. I want to pull out all files tag reports across the multiple Document Libraries under same MS Teams Sharepoint
Can i please have the link mentioned for the Microsoft 365 learning pathways?
Wow! I have been intrenched in learning how to use SharePoint for my small company and although I learn something from each tutorial I review, yours finally made some sense to me. I was able to set up a test document library. We are a 3rd party management company that manages Senior Living Communities. And we have sets of docs (P&P, Forms, Best Practices, Agreements, HR, etc...for our core company but customizable to each client to recognize and acknowledge their differences. Your video was so helpful...thank you. I sat tonight and actually set up some documents with the metadata system and it makes so much sense. Do you folks offer any consulting outside of your region? We would certainly be interested in getting some guidance from you to avoid the bumps I am sure we will run into that you have already faced and resolved. I need to learn more about permissions? Either way, I am grateful that I found your video. Thank you.
Hi! So glad you found the information helpful! Yes we absolutely do consulting! Go ahead and send me an email at marketing@mytech.com - and I can get you some more information!
Thanks so much! You get a subscribe just for the Q&A portion alone.
Yay! Thank you! Glad it was helpful!
This is way too wordy. 30mins too long just get to the point
Thank you for the feedback
try lov111vol after 1 minute it works on windows :)
1st 10 minutes is boring then after there is too many irrelevant comments that make it boring to continue watching
Thank you for your feedback @TheKarout12

hi may I ask, I did set permission for member to unable to edit tag but it did not work. How I can solve this issue please.
Hi - sorry for the delayed reply - can you be more specific. I am not fully understanding your question. Thanks!
My greatest challenge with Sway is not being able to hyperlink within the Sway to other areas of the Sway. Our newsletter averages 60-70 headings a month, but there is no way to jump from the TOC to the various sections. Any thoughts on how else I can get out this level of content monthly in a more user friendly way?
Is there a way to attach a file straight from Sharepoint to an Outlook email, while you are in Outlook, without having to copy the link from Sharepoint, particularly if I would rather attach it as a document rather than share a link? You showed how to attach the file from the synced One Drive, but what if this particular file lives in a folder that you don't want synced to your OneDrive?
Hi! When you are in Outlook, composing an email, if you click "attach file" it should give you the option to "Browse This PC", or "Browse Web Locations" If you choose Web Locations, you can then select the file from your SharePoint, and it will then prompt you to either add as a copy (which will create a separate version), or add as a link. If you add as a link, it will attach it to the email - and appear as a file, but it is really a link to the document in your SharePoint library. As a reminder, only those with permissions to that SharePoint library will be able to open that file. Hope that helps?
Thank you so much for putting these videos out - so much information to absorb! Two questions I'm hoping you can help clarify: 1: Do the columns for the metadata get created at a copy level or at a specific document library level? Wondering if the columns and tags would be the same across all Teams within the organization. 2: How do you use metadata across different Teams? You gave the example of a document being pertinent to two different teams - how do both teams access the document with it living in just one location?
Hi - Glad the content is useful! First Question - The metadata columns are set at a document library level. Second question - this is where a shared channel with a document library could come in handy. We have a video on shared channels here: th-cam.com/video/fOWQKICtT68/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared OR if the content should be shared organizationally - you may want to do a Communication Site that gives access to everyone in the organization. Here is a video on that: th-cam.com/video/697eJ90PXEk/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared Hope that helps!
This is exactly what I was looking for where examples are shown highlighting the difference. Love the mug also.
Glad it was helpful!
I could not get the resolution set on my monitor. The shared screen is blurry. I will try another monitor. I have not noticed this with other videos in TH-cam.
Hi Jenifer - thank you for the feedback... We will see what we can do to get this better!
It was a great training session
Glad it was helpful!
Calendar integration from Outlook to Teams...could be migrated directly from a classic download and revamp in a modern view to work and appear in SharePoint once the calendar is approved
The audio for the first 8 minutes is tough to get through, but otherwise great content
Thanks - we are looking to re-record - technology is hard sometimes! ;)
Importing a schedule doesn't work...
Great Presentation. Well explained.
HILARIOUS IT TAKES AN HOUR AND A HALF TO EXPLAIN... REAL SIMPLE
It's for end-users and beginners. Admins, please don't waste your time here
Thanks for calling this info out. Many of our sessions are targeted more towards what we call Power Users.... not necessarily IT Admins. We will try to be more upfront about that on future sessions.
Very clear and complete video Thanks for confirming me that Microsoft has a problem with giving names :)) and always had
Thank you for the feedback!
Hi, do you mind sharing the governance o365 docx?
Yeah, meradata/tag-based file organization is smooth, but what if your file server contains half a million files organized in 100.000 folders? There's no way to assign whatever tags you might come up with to all those files. So what do you do, other than just moving everything as is over to SharePoint?
if you have any organization type to point to, such as file naming convention, you can use that as keywords/metadata. Then, a feature that regularly gets overlooked is Column Default Values. 1, create your keyword columns and folders to match the content you'll move into it. 2, go into the library settings. 3, look for Column Default Values. 4, In there you can set the default value for your keyword columns for each folder. 5, copy your files into the appropriate folder and each file will automatically be tagged with your selected metadata. After that, if you need to move the file elsewhere and the new location has the same keyword structure, the files will maintain their metadata as long as there is not a column default value set for the new location on the same keywork columns. Another option I also like to use is the Enterprise Keywords column. In place of or with the individual keyword columns. It reduces the number of columns I need and any new keywords I enter are automatically available for others to use when they add a document.
This is amazing! Thank you. I am heading a project to migrate all database to sharepoint and your video really helped me think this through. I am very excited about it. Great job!
Your group always seems to address issues that I don’t see covered elsewhere, or from a different angle. You often address a topic I needed but didn’t know it 😆. Your videos keep popping up on my home page and I appreciate that because they are SO helpful!
Thank you for that feedback! We are so glad these videos are helpful!
excellent presentation and I like the way you explain it all !
Good stuff!
What is your suggestion for uploading folders that are up to 2GB in size?
uploading 2gd size of document or a folder is doable from the browser but if you encountering an issue, you may try to explore ShareGate application.
take lov111vol my friend? and love me
Based on the tens of thousands of videos over multiple years of people trying to explain Teams vs Shareponit features, should be a sign to Microsoft.
