Dear Rabbi Lerner, what is the ruling in the case of a woman who had a hysterectomy and now has to pee more frequently? Because I can go to the bathroom before the prayer and then have to go to the bathroom again anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour later.

Dear Rabbi Lerner, if I add sugar or honey and milk and or coffee creamer and mix it into the coffee. Do I just say the bracha over the coffee with the ingredients that I added in mind or do I say the blessing over each item before putting them into the coffee?

I mostly enjoy water when I drink it, so I always say the blessing before. I drink distilled water that doesn't have any chemicals.

Dear Rabbi, I had a question or two on this. I am studying/learning about being a Noahide as I am not Jewish and don't know that I am being called to be Jewish. This may sound strange. A few years ago I was living my life. I was a fortune teller/diviner. I had an experience where I was led to study the Torah and I read Deuteronomy 18 where it says that that is an abomination to G-d. So, I stopped. Then, I got tempted again and I bought a deck of Tarot cards (for fortune telling/future telling). I did this for a living. My cat got very sick. It was going to die. I prayed to G-d and told him that I repent and am sorry for doing Tarot and if he healed the cat I would never touch fortune telling again. My cat miraculously got better the next day, no vet, nothing, just miraculously healed. A few months later, I was tempted to do Tarot again. I bought a book on it, I felt bad that I broke a promise a vow to G-d and I told him when they book arrives (it was ordered by mail) I would throw it out, which I did. That same day or the next day, my cat disappeared (outside) and has not been seen since (June of last year). I don't know if that cat is living or dead but I live with guilt that it is my fault. I guess, does G-d punish Noahides? Is there anything else I can do? I am not longer practicing fortune telling because I read on a Noahide site that it is considered Idolatry. Also, when I did go back to fortune telling people close to me started acting strange toward me. I don't know if G-d was punishing me in that way too, so I would repent or if I invited unclean spirits in? Thank you for reading.
