What Makes Your Rosary Special?
Check out the rosary collection I have been building over the past couple of years. When the Holy Spirit inspired me to begin praying a daily rosary, I noticed my relationship with Christ began to deepen.
One day I was noticing the rosaries that I have hanged up in my room (the ones mentioned in the video) and I realized that most of them had been gifts given to me by a friend.
Part of the mission of Café Con Santos is to promote the rosary, so I would like to share this little story as to how the rosary has impacted my life. I am sure that a lot of you have your own collections, it would not be a bad idea to reflect on where and how you were able to get ahold of them.
If you do not have a personal rosary, then I invite you to either buy one or make one yourself. It will definitely be worth it!

The Great Miracle of Our Lady of Guadalupe!
มุมมอง 1916 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
This is an auditory reenactment of the historical event of the apparitions of Our Lady of Guadalupe. This story narrates how Our Lady of Guadalupe appeared to Juan Diego. Though at first the bishop did not believe Juan Diego, he soon submitted to the request of the Mother of God after seeing her image miraculously appear on Juan Diego's tilma (along with the many roses he brought with him). Tha...

At 4:45am I was in a Hampton Inn parking lot about 20 feet behind a hooded man, I was walking a lap around the building while smoking a cigarette, I thought the guy was walking towards the dumpster in the corner, whatever, not my problem. The guy then walks past the dumpster, to the edge of the parking lot, where there is trees and a fence that separates you from a highway. That guy then started urinating on a tree. I stood there, staring at him, confused because I know he saw me just moments ago. Who urinates on a tree in the corner of a parking lot while knowing they are being watched. The dude then looked back right at me, looked scared, and then sprinted across the highway. There was a 7ft tall fence in the way. He ran through it. A solid fence, no cuts in the wire, I checked. I was using my phone flashlight, I even checked the tree, it had clearly been pissed on. I don't know how he did it. I was even so skeptical I came back the next day, checked the fence in the light, checked the tree to see if it just had natural sap that made it looked peed on. No cuts. Tree was dry. And a man ran through a solid fence. I don't know why God would have me see that, but I know it could only have been possible if it was something from God for me to see.
Te quedó súper el video 👍

Wow 😯 te quedó muy padre. Lo voy a compartir
I’ll pray you find the truth, there is nowhere in scripture that insists or condones trying to pray to any dead person. Is specifically tells you to never try to communicate with the dead, such person is an abomination to the Lord. Mary is no more important than any other believer, god used her as a vessel. We are all his servants. We are in a time where it’s so easy to find out the truth don’t be restricted by the man made teachings you were led to believe. Remember the Pharisees, read Mark 7 very carefully and ask the spirit for prayer and guidance. God bless you brother.
Hello brother. Here’s a short response from Catholic Answers: When the Bible mentions necromancy, it condemns the practice of conjuring up the dead, as Saul did through the witch of Endor in 1 Samuel 28. When Jesus spoke with Moses and Elijah during the Transfiguration, this was not necromancy. When David asked the angels of heaven to bless the Lord, this also was not offensive to God (Ps.103:20-21). Likewise, when a Catholic asks St. Peter to pray for him, he is not conjuring up a spirit from Hades in order to acquire secret knowledge. After all, those in heaven are “like the angels,” and are more alive than we are, since the Lord is “not God of the dead, but of the living” (Luke 20:36-38). So, if it does not offend God when a Catholic says “St. Peter, pray for me,” we should all rejoice that God has given us the gift of Peter’s prayers.
Tell that to actual orphans.... victims of trafficking who never ever see the light of day. And suicide victims who feel so lost they rather take their own lives because they of how broken their psyche has become over the years. I bet they don't feel the love of God like you privileged people do.
Hi Michael. There are many orphans and those who struggle with suicide ideations that find the light of Christ. We truly live in a valley of tears in this broken world, but by His grace we find hope. The love of God is not always something that is felt. It goes beyond the emotions and is something that also requires an act of faith.
Let's stick to the points made in your video. You say Jesus is not going to leave people as orphans. He's going to leave everyone a helper. And I'm just saying if that's true.(which it's not I'm just humuring your bad idea.) Then it seems like the most vulnerable of people get the worst helpers. Because their lives never improve. Their stuck in an endless loop of misery or subjugation or both. Where is their helper when a child sx slave decides unaliving is their only way of freedom? At what point does the helper actually do anything other than watch? At what point does god/ Jesus/ or the helper say "enough is enough" we need to step in and *help*...... the answer is they don't. They watch with indifference. And that's telling. It says they don't care enough to step in. Or even worse they are okay with it.
@cafeconsantos your last comment you describe god as a feeling. Something that isn't always felt. And you need faith to believe it. And i just want to let you know. Faith is a terrible tool. You know why? Cause it changes. You could use faith to believe in God. The kkk could use faith to believe that white people are better than blacks. And if they are both truly using faith as their tools to build that argument. Then their both right. Or both wrong. I promise they are both not right. So faith fails flat on its face.
In baptism we receive the Holy Spirit. A grace that washes away the stain of original sin, makes us adopted children of God, and guides us in this life towards heaven. Jesus does not say that through this Holy Spirit we won’t suffer or that we won’t run into atrocious things in this broken world. Instead, He says He will send the Holy Spirit and calls his Apostles to proclaim the Good News throughout the world. It is men and women working through the Holy Spirit that are able to transform this broken world into a more just world. If you check out the full video I shared, you’ll hear me describe the life of the early Christian martyrs. I think you touch on many different evils that exist in the world. The existence of these evils is not the result of a God that is not present, but rather the consequence of a people that turn their backs on their God (who is Love itself). As I previously mentioned, many people who do experience these evils can go on to live joyful lives. This does not excuse the evil that is committed, but does call on men and women of good faith to step in to help bringing healing as well as defend the most vulnerable and not be bystanders.
@@cafeconsantos You are destroyed, O Israel, because you are against me, against your helper. 10 Where is your king, that he may save you? Where are your rulers in all your towns, of whom you said, `Give me a king and princes'? 11 So in my anger I gave you a king, and in my wrath I took him away. 12 The guilt of Ephraim is stored up, his sins are kept on record. 13 Pains as of a woman in childbirth come to him, but he is a child without wisdom; when the time arrives, he does not come to the opening of the womb. 14 "I will ransom them from the power of the grave [3] ; I will redeem them from death. Where, O death, are your plagues? Where, O grave, [4] is your destruction? "I will have no compassion, 15 even though he thrives among his brothers. An east wind from the LORD will come, blowing in from the desert; his spring will fail and his well dry up. His storehouse will be plundered of all its treasures. 16 The people of Samaria must bear their guilt, because they have rebelled against their God. They will fall by the sword; their little ones will be dashed to the ground, their pregnant women ripped open." This isn't the kind of ghostly helper i want in my life. Sounds more like a psychopath to me
Wow! María Teresa! Que gran invitada❤
AMEN. I need you Jesus!❤
No, most of them aren’t actually Catholic. I wouldn’t go nor send my kids. Don’t want them indoctrinated by atheists and social justice warriors.
Amen my friend! Thank you❤

There are lots of religious myths. Why do any of them exist? 🤷 Because we like them. We hold onto them. They make us feel safer. And that's fine. Just don't use your religion to force others to follow your religion and nobody will care what you believe. 💜
I used to hold similar views when I was younger. I agree on the aspect of respecting one another, given that everyone is made in the image of God. But we cannot fall into the errors of therapeutic moralistic deism nor religious indifferentism. God is real, He has revealed Himself to us, and it is up to us to answer that call. I pray you will open your heart 😁.
