Fast is not always the most efficient use of your time. Slow meals from scratch create beautiful pockets of time where you can read to your kids, nurse the baby, or catch up on dishes. Not an OSHA approved method probably, but it worked. David is a lot more confident in this structure than I am for sure. We are one more step closer to renovating this 100 year old barn.
