I like the Tone of your voice when you read the story, it is very emotional and clear. when you read i can feel the emotions that you are potraying, its very warm, authoritative, enthusiastic, sarcastic, sincere, and monotone.

Books have always had a powerful influence on my life, and I cannot overestimate the importance of this wonderful way of joining the great world of words and ideas. For a long time now, I have had an overwhelming desire to hear Haruki Murakami's "1Q84." This work captivates with its atmosphere and deep meaning, and at the moment, he is my favorite author. Listening to his works brings unparalleled pleasure and inspiration.

My grandfather's grandmother was a slave and his grandfather was a slave owner. That's as far as I could go, in terms of discovering my African roots. Of course, when you look at the census documents before the Civil War, we blacks were literally counted as property, much like the slave owner's horses - no names, no ages, nothing! Thank goodness for DNA tests, else I'd have never known my roots. My family didn't pass down our story like Haley's family did...so I'll never know exactly what happened, but this masterpiece gives me at least a glimpse of the history that is so common to so many African Americans. Thank you for this absolutely fascinating book! ❤
