Man Tim was so much more than a DJ, he was a producer and for a matter of fact easily one of the most creative and versatile House Producers of all time. Tim basically coordinated all aspects of his music, he didn't just spin decks and only have a smalle affect on an overall song. (1) He wrote his own lyrics (or atleast had influence on them), (2) created and played the parts for all the instrument work, such as piano, guitar etc..(or had influence on them), and (3) like previously mentioned he did all this with FL Studio (the software program he used) and added his musical footprint.People did not call him "Leonardo Da Vicii" for no reason.

I always found Avicii's release policy to be kind of strange. I mean, this track is so OBVIOUS Tim Bergling, even a toddler would recognize it. Yet, the only credit he gets is in the fine print, as songwriter. Why was that? Did NERVO's management decide this? Was there an argument? Was it because of the money? Why not put "feat. Avicii" somewhere in the song title!? It was also the other way round sometimes, with vocalists on Avicii's tracks not getting credited. Audra Mae, Aloe Blacc, Dan Tyminski, MØ, Noonie Bao,.... every single release from Avicii's two albums TRUE and STORIES only says "Avicii" in the song title! When it happened to Robbie Williams (who did the vocals for "The Days"), he even ranted about it on Twitter, so I really don't think there was an official agreement on that. Does someone here actually know the answer??
He produced this song for them so he shouldn't necessarliy get featured in the title. The reason he never featured singers names in his titles is because in EDM, the singer is basically just another instrument in the track so its like featuring synths or bass in the title too. Also because EDM singers are 9 times out of 10 session musicians meaning they won't get their name put in the title.
@@Mason-jw6pk I really think that is true. The singers aren't going to perform the song either like a band would. In fact you could say Avicii didn't do himself a favor because many of his singers had fanbases that would generate extra clicks on his songs.

@@neonlights4455 Not true! Anyone can hear this is Avicii from start to finish. He didn't want to say it back then -only said he had provided "guidance" in the production. But I mean, Nervo aren't producers - they are songwriters and singers...
@@neonlights4455 No matter what Tim himself said it´s so obvious that he produced the track. You can hear it from all the effects and presets in this track, some of them have been used all through his carrer
