🌲 Lamahatta Eco Park - A Unique Spot Amidst the Vast Pine Forests 🌲
Join us in exploring the dense pine forests at Lamahatta Eco Park 🌿🌳 in this Darjeeling series 🏔️. Lamahatta, a small town about 23 kilometers away from Darjeeling, is a destination less explored by tourists 🗺️.
On the 4th day of our Darjeeling trip 🚴‍♂️, me (Harsh) and Adarsh set out on our bike from Darjeeling towards Lamahatta 🏍️, only to get lost in the wild forests 🌲 and magical beauty of this place ✨.
As we explore the lush green forest 🌳 with sky-touching pine trees 🌄, we were told by locals about a hidden lake 💧 that lies just above the mountains. Trekking up almost 1 kilometer 🥾, we find a pure, sacred, and eye-relieving Buddhist lake 🕉️ that reflects the beauty of nature like no other 🌌.
